THANKS TO OUR SPONSORS!
U19 Boys played well during this weekends Tournament.
The first game on Saturday was against Gulfport, which was the fourth time we had played them this season, It was the most intense game of the weekend. The Gulfport defense held us to only 6 shots on goal by Austin Slade, Riley Smith and Nathan Coyle. Brant Graham was our saving grace with 23 saves. The game ended with a 0-0 tie.

The second game was against a strong Singing River team that is also registered as a Division II team. They were the dominate team in the tournament. Our defense held them to one goal in the first half and Austin Slade put in a free kick to make it a tie game at half. In the second half our defense allowed 3 unanswered goals to win the game 1-4. We only managed 4 shots on goal the whole game.

The first game on Sunday was against Diberville. This team was formed shortley before the tournament. Our defense only allowed 2 shots on goal by Diberville. 9 differnt players scored in this game included Brant Graham who scored on a penalty kick. Goals were scored by Brant Graham (1), Austin Slade (1), Nick Miller (1), Riley Smith (1), Shelby Purvis (3), Jacob Hernandez (1), Ethan Paschal (1), Corey Lofton (1), Ben Mitchell (2). Jacob Hernandez scored from 18 out from the left sideline. The game ended 12-0.

They lost to Picayune 2-5 in the final game that had we won would have given us a spot at the Kohl Cup. The game was mared by horrible referering and a unpunished tirade by a Picayune player and coach. Picayune led in at the half 0-2 and we came back quickly at the start of the second half to tie it with two amazing goals by Nathan Coyle, only to allow a strong Picayune team to come back and score 3 unanswered goals.
